Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the things families ask most. Still curious? Text us — it's the fastest way to reach a human.

How much is open play?

Admission is for the whole day, so you can come and go during open play hours. One child is $18, two are $30, and three are $42 — each additional child is $12. Grown-ups are always free. Coming more than a few times a month? The unlimited membership is the better deal.

How does the monthly membership work?

It's unlimited — $65/month for one child, $110 for two, $150 for three, and $40/month for each additional child. There are no visits to track. Members also get 10% off café, retail and special events, and 15% off birthday parties. See memberships →

Do we need socks?

Yes! Grip socks for kiddos, regular socks for grown-ups. Forgot them? Grip socks are $3 at the café counter.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are strongly suggested — we cap how many families are in at once so the floor never gets too crowded. Walk-ins are welcome whenever there's room.

What ages is the play floor for?

Crawlers through age 10. Everything is built with little climbers in mind, and there's a dedicated soft space for the tiniest visitors.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, one signed waiver per kiddo. It's built into online booking, or you can sign at the door on your first visit — it covers you for future visits too.

Can I drop my kiddo off?

Open play is play-together time — a grown-up stays on site. Camps and playschool sessions are drop-off; see Events for what's coming up.

Are party deposits refundable?

Deposits are 10% of your package and are non-refundable, but life happens — give us notice and we'll happily reschedule your date.

Can I bring outside food for a party?

Cake and cupcakes, absolutely. For anything more, ask when you book — we'll walk you through what works in the party space.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — memberships are month to month. Cancel or pause anytime, no phone calls and no guilt trips.

Is Saturday really closed?

The play floor is reserved for private parties on Saturdays — which means when it's your party, the whole place is yours. Grab a Saturday slot →
