What Catalillies is
Catalillies Play Café is an indoor playground and café in James York Plaza at 551-A Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg. The play floor is built for crawlers through age 10, with room to climb, slide, run and pretend, plus a soft space for the littlest visitors. Grown-ups get real seating with a clear view of the play floor and a café counter a few steps away.
How much open play costs
Open play is all-day admission, so you can come and go during open play hours on the same ticket.
- One child: $18
- Two children: $30
- Three children: $42, plus $12 for each child after that
- Grown-ups: always free
If you think you will be here most weeks, look at the unlimited membership. It starts at $60 a month for one child and includes 10% off the café and 15% off birthday parties.
Book ahead
Reservations are strongly suggested. We cap how many families are on the floor at once so it never gets too crowded, and rainy days fill up early. Walk-ins are welcome whenever there is room. You can book open play online in about a minute.
Socks and waivers
- Socks: grip socks for kiddos and regular socks for grown-ups. Forgot them? Grip socks are sold at the counter.
- Waivers: every child needs one signed waiver. It is built into online booking, or you can sign at the door on your first visit.
Coffee for the grown-ups
The café side is for you: coffee, lattes, teas and kid-friendly snacks, with a seat that looks right out at the play floor. Peek at the café menu before you come.
